2024 Total Solar Eclipse in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom

Be there when the moon passes between the Sun and the Earth, completely blocking the face of the sun. Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom is in the solar eclipse path of totality, and for a short period of time, the daytime sky will turn eerie and dark as if it were dusk or dawn.

ABOUT THE ECLIPSE
The eclipse will take place in the early afternoon. The sky will begin to darken around 2:14 p.m., and at 3:26 p.m., a total eclipse will darken the sky, lasting for approximately 3 minutes.
This will be the last total solar eclipse visible from the contiguous United States until 2044 – so don’t miss your chance to enjoy this incredible moment in history!
