Bentley’s is located in the center of Danville, Vermont just off US Route #2. Turn right at the blinking light across from the Village Green and you will find us on the right just a few hundred feet down the hill. This is a small town gathering place in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. The pace of life here is a little slower and friends and community are an important part of our lives. Friends, neighbors and visitors are welcome to come in and take a break from the stress and vigor of everyday life. You can enjoy great conversations while sampling some treats from our kitchen. We bake everything each morning - so freshness is a certainty. We serve excellent coffee, tea and specialty drinks. Our goal is to provide a warm and welcoming place which you will enjoy and look forward to visiting again. We want you to remember Bentley's as a place where you experienced not only delicious food, but also as a place where your visit was truly appreciated.

We have many baked goods to choose from whether it be a blueberry muffin, scone, danish, slice of cake... Come enjoy a sticky bun with Molly and the gang. Lunches include home-made soups, paninis, quiche, chili, stuffed croissants and salads. Browse through the various food selections on the left to see what we offer.

We also specialize in special occasion cakes for birthdays, anniversaries and weddings and are happy to work with you to create the perfect cake for your event.  Quiches and pies can also be special ordered.

Bentley's Bakery & Cafe is also a proud member of the Vermont Fresh Network and we use as many locally produced and locally farmed ingredients as possible.

We are open Wednesday to Friday from 6:30 am to 1:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm but as we tell all of our friends, the coffee is on well before those opening hours and if the welcome sign is out, please come in, sit down and have a coffee, read the paper and get first choice as the pastries come hot out of the ovens. Our pastry chefs love the company. We do close for our winter break mid-February through March opening up the first Wednesday in April.
